Extreme Disappointment I took my 09' Nissan Murano (150,000km) into Vernon Nissan as it was revving to high and my fuel mileage is outrageous . They told me I had to do an EMC update for $160. I thought this was a great, efficient and cheap fix. When I got to Nissan they tried charging me $300. I was slightly reluctant to pay, so they gave me a slight discount. Poor vehicle and service I bought a used nissan rogue with low km. I have had nothing but issues. Transmission issues right as the warranty ended and the dealership did not respond as they promised they would or help. I would definitely not deal with them or nissan again!

Lack of Integrity Nissan is one of the best cars available on market, Vernon dealership is one of the worst you can ever deal with. My experience with Nissan Vernon started 4 years ago due to respect i hold for this brand, service is poor, triple price and employees have no respect to what so called "client". Tried giving some feedback to service department, instead of acknowledging their weakness they asked me to give them a five star rating review for omitting an unfair bill. poor communication For two consecutive years in the spring i have called the dealership and have asked for the service desk. I am told they are busy with customers but am assured they will call me back. Both times they have not bothered to get back to me! So once again i am going to take my Nissan Titan to Kal Tire for servicing!

very poor service My daughter just bought a brand new car and the tire was going flat so they stuck the emergency tire on and told her to come back in five days for a new one. She has to drive 45 km one way to vernon ( 90 km in total ) to go to work on a tire that is for emergencies.

Bad Bad attitudes repair shop is off the wall. charged over 300 to say that they had no idea what was wrong with my car. but for another 3-4 thousand. maybe we can fix it. wanted to replace computer and bunch other parts. just for fun at my expense. ended up being a 22.00 dollar part. went to local back yard mechanic. 10 minutes it was fixed. no refund from them and no apologizes, there first answer to problem was to buy a new car. mine only has 100k on it. granted it is 10 yrs old. they are not interested in any way to fix ... read more

Lack of integrity at this dealership We experienced very poor treatment by both the sales and service managers. We found them to be very disrespectful and condescending. Issue 1) The Sales Manager commented "Was the deal not good enough" as we walked out the door. Issue 2) We had been servicing our vehicle since new at the dealership. We complained numerous times that the it was not running properly. Several attempts were made to fix the issue over the past couple of years at a cost to us. Warning: Do your homework Nissan makes a quality reliable vehicle. Unfortunately Vernon Nissan and Nissan Canada's unethical behaviours have me writing negative feedback in order to warn consumers; take your investment money elsewhere. Very Disappointing We found a used SUV we liked and called the dealership. We were told the listing price from one dealer then he left town. They were to call when it had gone thru their mechanics. WE had to call again. Then after a test drive they promised to complete a few things so we would agree on a price. They went over the maintenance report with us, unfortunately it was for a F150- black, not an white SUV. Down to the detailed description of adding dye to the A/C because it felt a little warm, which was all garbage.!... read more
