the staff were friendly and kind The only thing I was unhappy with is it seemed I had no choice about the extended warranty, and really didn't want the extra expense and it wasn't disclosed to me on the day of the test drive.

Every aspect was totally professional. We were looking for an intermediate sized truck that would fit into our garage. Drove an SV Crew locally, and determined it was to long. A good choice for us! We purchased a Nissan Rogue in the fall when the promotions were on. We felt we got excellent trade-in value for our Nissan Altima which was a big part of our decision after looking at other dealerships and other similar products. I had so much fun I went to look at cars (with my Aunt) about a week ago. Our intention was to price out cars that day, not to buy. We checked out a few dealerships and then went to Nissan. Excellent service Our family have two Nissan vehicles and have received excellent service from Vernon Nissan over the years. I have always appreciated there openness, and honesty in dealing with me both in Sales and Service.
