I received excellent service. I was asked prior to providing me with a new battery and at what level it was at which I am positive enabled me to be sure I would not get stuck with my car not starting somewhere in the winter season. A very important safety concern, therefore I was pleased this issue was addressed. I was also provided a place where I could complete a zoom conference call while waiting and this was also important to me.
This is my go to Toyota dealer. Although I did by my truck from a dealership out of town, I only take my vehicle to this location for service. Employees are very respectful, and have taken any questions, concerns, criticism, and complaints very seriously. I truly appreciate dealing with their level of service. I hope that Toyota vehicle stock levels aren't an issue in the future so that I can make my next purchase here. Thank you Chelsea, and the rest of your team!
I worked with Sylvia Donovan, and it was an excellent experience. She was considerate, aware of all my requirements, and worked with me through some challenging situations to ensure my satisfaction. She is very respectful and a delight to work with. I also had the opportunity to work briefly with Michael Donovan, and he was well-informed and patient with my questions and went out of his way to help me understand the vehicle I was considering on the test drive. Went in looking to buy a new car and was assisted by Karan who was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Any questions or concerns that I raised were answered or brought to the attention of someone who would have an answer. He ensured I did not feel overwhelmed in the process while also not keeping me there for hours and hours.
