Excellent service, especially compared to London Kia! LaToya was also excellent to deal with & went out of her way to get my vehicle fixed up very quickly.
Excellent service. All staff were friendly and easy to work with. One suggestion. The cashiers call out the vehicle make and year and the name of the customer when the service is complete. The comfortable waiting area is sometimes noisy so customers cannot hear their name being called. With today's technology there should be a way to post the names on the tv screens in the waiting room so customers can read when their vehicle ready. I think this would make it easier for those with hearing challenges.
