This the second time I have purchased a new vehicle from ToyotaTown. This is the first time I have traded in a vehicle. The whole experience has been fair, efficient and seamless. I plan to trade this new vehicle in two years. I have in the past looked at other Toyota dealers which are closer to me. Unfortunately it was a waste of my time. I had great experience with Toyota Town. Valentine, sales agent was very easy to work with. Received great advice and recommendations and got myself a beautiful RAV4 Prime! Even after sales, Valentine accomodates my calls and emails whenever I have questions. His customer service goes over and beyond expectations. Hands down to Toyota Town!

All in all a great experience our request for a test drive was seamless and quick centred around our required timeline. Unfortunately the uncertain delivery time requirement for the RAV4 Hybrid made it impractical for our requirements. We do realize this is not a reflection on ToyotaTown and are baffled as to why given the production facility for the RAV4 is less than 100kms away. Thank you

In my opinion , this is the best Toyota dealership in southwestern Ontario. They are friendly , professional , knowledgeable and fair . The management and all the staff , go over and above for all of their customers needs . The quickest call backs I’ve ever experienced at any dealership , from all of their departments . The new car sales manager is definitely an asset to the company .
