Jason is a great service advisor and I look forward to working with him for future service. He looked for the best solutions and helped make my situation easier. Only constructive piece is accuracy around verbal quotes. My cost for a catalytic converter was double what was verbally quoted. The process to fix my car and the result after the repairs, was a bit below expectations. LaToya is extremely welcoming and polite. I always look forward to our interactions! She lets you know exactly what your car is in for and goes over the previous service details with you. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, LaToya is patient. If there are any issues that pop up mid service, she walks you through the changes required and costing. Fully transparent!
Enna was thorough and attentive in listening to the concerns about brakes, and even though the appointment was for service package, she was able to get the mechanics to replace necessary parts same day. She answered my questions. She also kept me updated on progress.

Consider buying at 60000$ car and not get a chance to test drive and pay 200$ to get put on a 18 month wait list! That’s what it’s like to buy from Toyota Canada! Had to buy your overpriced warranty and rustproofing because you make it very difficult not to…and taxes, really now, that is criminal! I know that’s not your fault.
