Great overall value and experience . The email contact was a bit confusing as I was contacted by a couple of different reps, but I'm pleased that all of the in person contact and final sales details were handled by Toyota Tim (sales) and Rita (finance). Those two were extremely nice and knowledgable. I could not have been in better hands. Toyota Tim is the only person I've met that has sounded enthusiastic about safety features that he probably has to discuss every day. Service advisor Helena Vrabec Since buying our 2009 Rav from Toyotatown in London, we have always had it serviced at the dealership. The service advisors have always been great. The work is always completed as promised. The last two times we have worked with Helena Vrabec. My husband took the car in before Christmas for an oil change and regular maitenance. Excellent Service Always I brought in my car to service a flat tire and had excellent service from Firis. It was fixed quickly and he called me as soon as it was ready to come and pick up. He kept me informed of what happened and how they fixed it.

Excellent service - the total package. My experience with Toyotatown service is outstanding. Reception was very efficient and I was on my way home via the shuttle within minutes. My 2006 Highlander is aging gracefully thanks to conscientious and timely care, Upon return, all requested work was completed and my car had been washed and looked great.
