Awesome! Shawn not only helped me find the perfect car but he also explained the entire process to me. He is very nice, genuinely interested in helping you find the best car for you and not at all pushy. Efficient and Professional Gwen Jones at Toyota town London Ontario is a very friendly and knowledgeable sales person. We made an appointment and she was right at the door to meet me when I arrived. The car that we had discussed was ready for me. Gwen reviewed the panel the door system and everything I needed to know to do a test drive. She gave me ample time to ask questions and get answers. I would recommend Gwen Jones and ToyoTown to anyone.

Expert work in record time! From the moment I was greeted by the friendly staff in the service bay, to the caring attention from the cafe employee, I felt that the folks at ToyotaTown really cared about the quality of their service offerings...both with my vehicle and otherwise. A projected 4-hour job took only 3 hours and my great little Yaris is back to health again.

Used RAV4 Baz did a great job of working with me to find exactly what I was looking for (colour, trim level, km’s, and price range) in a used RAV4. Excellent and Up Front Service I was looking at getting into a new vehicle, but was simply browsing and not shopping. Justin understood that 100%. There was no pressure to buy right then and there. There were no pushy salesman tactics. Justin answered all of my questions, made me aware of the offers available for the vehicles I was looking for and was more than happy to let me test out some of their SUV products. Extremely happy with the service, would definitely come back again.
