Excellent customer service Sean went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the Toyota Corolla was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestion and his advice, but was in no way pushy what so ever. After I decided on a Toyota Corolla the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional, I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Sean O’Grady to anyone who is looking for any Toyota vehicle.

Check Engine oxygen sensor repair first time at a dealership As my first time into a dealership for a repair with frusterations of having my car worked on elsewhere with little to show and lots of money spent Amanda made my visit as painless as possible. Prior to my appointment she preordered parts needed for active recalls on my car. That step and initiative for customer care saved me another trip back. Thank you! Excellent work with the Japanese gentlemen As a company vehicle to be used by Japanese speaking members, Justin did an excellent job being prepared with his explanation of all the bells and whistles on the vehicle and offered to assist when he requires personalized Customer service in Japanese any time this gentleman requires assistance. Fast, thorough and friendly Amanda Krug was an amazing Service Advisor. She knew I was new to the area and to ToyotaTown so she spent extra time with me showing me the ins and outs of bringing the truck in for service. Amanda explained why the oil change would take a bit of extra time (an additional panel to be removed...who knew?!) and then proceeded to show me my very dirty air filters - engine AND cabin...(again, who knew!) and recommended replacement which was done for part cost only - very nice. Great Service Advisor. Amanda Krug was very timely and professional, this is why I chose Ken Yates and ToyotaTown for my last 5 vehicles. I hate to say it, but if they don't come out with a replacement for the Venza, I will be looking at other brands.
