very comfortable experience I had a very pleasant experience yesterday with Helena. The way she explained the new techs happening at the service centre was clear, and soft (making me feel she is very considerate). I also made the purchase for the filters of the car.

Emergency service Battery died overnight and turned out to be defective. Replacement battery and labour was covered under warranty. Everything completed in under eight hours, including complimentary shuttle service. Todd (in Service) was professional, consistent with information and follow-through. Have been a customer of this dealership for over a decade; would highly recommend for sales and service.

Regular Service Quoted seat heater labour repair too expensive and no alternative method offered. Seat heater by factory doesn't seem standard based on location of switch. But overall regular service consistent and minor body repairs good.

Car purchase We test drove two vehicles, both were ready when we arrive at the dealership, we had made an appointment so no wait times for a sales person. Discussed both vehicles with sales person who was knowledgeable about the products and features. We decided on a car, made an offer, arranged a pick up date, the transaction was seamless and pleasurable. Third purchase from this dealership, second purchase from Toyota Tim :-)

Regular Oil Change Jason was polite, knowledgeable, quick to answer any questions I had. Good sense of humour. Quoted me a time for service, was actually about 15 minutes quicker than that. Jason was a pleasure to deal with, I'd be very happy if he were the person I dealt with on each visit. Tom
