Didn't end up buying, but great service Went in recently but eventually decided on another brand of car but Ken was extremely helpful in weighing options and ultimately making that choice. Great service highly recommended!

Great Customer Service I have enjoyed first class customer service every time I have entered the Toyota-Town branch in London, Ontario. Recently, sales rep Sean O'Grady was patient and served all my inquiries (i.e. he took the time to show me my purchasing and trade in options). I appreciated his sales approach and he had the demeanor of a teacher, which I appreciated. I was in for a service apmt but have appreciated the knowledge I have gleaned from the sales team during my waiting periods.

Informative and Caring Customer Service Today I leased for my first time and I was very nervous before entering the doors of Toyota. Amazing service and honesty I was in need of a new car badly. I wanted something that was reliable and for a good price. I cane in just to browse their inventory and that’s when I met Toyota Tim! He was super happy and helpful. He wasn’t pushy and answered all of my questions honestly. Stress Free Service In the past I have had many bad dealership experiences but I am glad to say that I have had nothing but FANTASTIC experiences at Toyota Town.
