The appointment for 16000 oil service was handled quickly, professionally and respectfully. It is convenient driving into the service bay, confirming service and estimate time. It was a snowy day, so car wash was not offered.

Todd Servant helped regain confidence that Toyota will stand behind their products to provide good value. It was related to a warrantee covered repair based on a electrical power drain which took time and patience to identify it's source. Todd helped me understand the challenges in identifying these types of problems as well as other symptoms that they've come across over the years. It was helpful and insightful and brought confidence that they're looking out for our best interest.
