Bought 2018 rav4 Had a very enjoyable experience buying our new suv with salesman Justin Maki. He took the time to go over exactly what we wanted in a new vehicle. None scheduled Maintaenance Service I had a tire blow-out. Put spare on, BUT a loud squealing noise occurred when i turned the steering wheel.. Called ToyoptaTown got scheduled that day, Helena Virbec was the service rep. EXCELLENT SERVICE. New tire purchased, minor repair made, communications by Helena was OUTSTANDING. I located the service director and told him that HV was his best !
