Great experience. Rob did an outstanding job for me as usual Rob Dako at Toyota town did an outstanding job for me again. Historically I have fund Rob to be the best service adviser I have ever dealt with. He is thoughtful, well organized and works with you to make sure your repair is completed on time, and on point to what the estimated costs would be. Great employee, and person to deal with. He is the person I have full trust in when bringing my vehicles in to Toyota Town for Service.

Sales experience was top notch from start to finish Have been a loyal Honda owner for 20+ years but this year I decided to give other car manufacturers some consideration. Amanda 👍 Amanda assisted by Ashley (Express Check-in) made this a positive experience. I was in and out for scheduled service in less time than expected. The showroom is a pleasant place to wait and included a helpful unscheduled visit with Baz in sales, (Why is Ashley not listed with the rest of the employees?)

Rav4 Purchase It was down to 5 SUV's to pick from 3 dealers Lexus RX and NT, Santa Fe, Rav4 XLE and Limited. The RAV4 was winner, both the car and dealership experience. Answered all the questions and if they did not know the answer, they admitted it and found out. Had been to other Toyota dealers the last few years but came back to Toyotatown - they have placed the customer first - recommend this dealer.

Great overall experience from the minute we walked in When I walked in I knew I wanted a Rav 4. I had previously driven one and knew that was the vehicle I wanted.
