Jason DeFelice goes the extra mile!! Awesome service We went to Toyota Town to have a service person check the wear left on a Michelin Lattitide tire that has been making noise for some time. Senior Service Advisor Jason DeFelice was that person and readily checked the tire for wear that remained so Michelin could be contacted for warranty. I also requested a brake inspection of the 2014 Rav 4. The rear brakes were found to require repair and the front needed servicing. Warm friendly experience We were welcomed to the dealership and introduced to Millad Kaveri. He was knowledgeable of his product line. We appreciated the lack of pressure to make a quick decision. Quality first service the price Jason DeFelice My first major visit to Toyota Town: On arrival I met Jason DeFelice who advised confirmed this was an all day job. Immediately he advised me that a front end alignment was needed as I drove through the machine on entering the shop. We added it to the list (trust everyone until they prove you wrong).
