Amazing Service Department I brought my Camry in for service on Saturday, July 27/19, without an appointment, and Rob Dako was able to fit me in. Toyotatown is the only place that I trust servicing my cars and they have been doing it now for 29 years. Rob was his usual friendly, knowledgeable self and had my cars recommendations and prices listed when I went to pay my bill and discussed them with me. RAV4 lease Sylvia was very good, very helpful in the whole process. She is knowledgeable and very kind. Sometimes felt like she was juggling multiple clients even when we had made a specific appointment time but overall, quite pleased with Sylvia and our RAV4 lease.

Very Friendly! I came in for an airbag recall and was greeted immediately by Firis. He was very friendly and explained the check in process to me as I have never be to this dealership before. The recall was done alot quicker than anticipated and i got a free carwash! Great service and very friendly service advisor! Thank you!

Ken Yates recommended I bought a Toyota Yaris 2015 from ken back in December 2018. He is an absolutely knowledgeable and smart dealer. Gave me what I exactly wanted. Nothing more, nothing less. He doesn't try to oversell you what you don't want. Definitely recommended.

No pressure and up-front We came to Toyotatown hoping to find a replacement for a total-loss vehicle just ahead of a weekend baseball tournament out of town. Geordie was knowledgeable, even about some of the other vehicles we were considering. Even comparing against dealers just over the border in the US, Toyotatown came out ahead in price.

Excellent Service!! Geordie, Brian and Nicole did an excellent job from start to finish getting me the car I wanted from production to the dealer. Beautiful car with a modern sleek look. Very exciting to drive as well. Geordie was very helpful setting up my phone and teaching me the new features and always asking if I understood. I would highly recommend Geordie and the dealership and the brand.

Great experience This is a very busy dealership but they never make you feel rushed or like they don’t have time for you. When I arrived I did have to ask reception to find me a salesperson but once I had someone (Justin Maki) to help me it was smooth sailing. I was very happy with the overall experience and would recommend anyone check out Toyota Town in London if you’re in the market for a new or used car.
