exceptional service Suzanne was extremely helpful and more than all patient. Professional, helpful, friendly I went back to ToyotaTown because of a very good experience on my previous purchase and excellent service support. Suzanne Bourdeau was very helpful as worked through the alternatives, and the other staff members were uniformly friendly and helpful. The car has many systems so Suzanne's help with phone set up and other items was much appreciated. There seems to be a very happy atmosphere with good follow-up but no pressure. It was an excellent experience from start to delivery.

Excellent Service I brought my car in for a detailing service and was greeted by Firis, he was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to make sure that all of my needs were meet and that not only would my car be taken care of to my expectations but that I did know that the money I was spending to have it done was worth it. Great service Great customer service at Toyota town. Helena went the extra mile to see if my warranty would cover my radio. Unfortunately, this was not the case and we were able to source another one for a reasonable price

Great service for installation of Toyota Dashcam I recently had a Toyota Dashcam installed on my 2018 Rav4. My car was taken in quickly by Peter, who was friendly as always, and was returned to me with the new installation quite quickly. Great service!

Oil change Came in for an oil change without an appointment. Was greeted by the gentleman at the first desk named Firis. I was already over my kilometers but luckily he was able to fit me in without a long wait. Always a great service from Toyota Town!

Above and Beyond service It does cost a bit more to have my car serviced at the dealer, but it's worth it when you receive courteous, efficient service. Amanda Krug went the extra mile to make sure my experience was positive! I appreciate her kindness and attention.

Amazing Service Department I brought my Camry in for service on Saturday, July 27/19, without an appointment, and Rob Dako was able to fit me in. Toyotatown is the only place that I trust servicing my cars and they have been doing it now for 29 years. Rob was his usual friendly, knowledgeable self and had my cars recommendations and prices listed when I went to pay my bill and discussed them with me.
