Exceptional service..... “THEY ROCK”! As usual exceptional service every time I go into Toyota town london.....extremely knowledgeable people... Thank you rob for taking care of my 2014 tundra! ........ and for those who haven’t experienced the exceptional customer service from rob..... please go see him!..... I have to say the whole service department at Toyota the pit crew guys ;-) all the tech‘s fantastic job..... I feel good leaving the dealership when work on my truck is done!

Great service, great experience! Gwen was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She put us at ease right away and had thoughtful and complete answers for any questions we had. When it cane time to “sign on the dotted line”, we got the same warm, informative session with Tony. I would highly recommend both for your car shopping needs. My husband and I walked away completely satisfied one day, and shortly after drove away in our brand new C-HR, which we absolutely love!

Toyota Town London , Ontario Pedram Ebrahimi was very helpful when we purchased a car from Toyota Town. Car buying is usually stressful but he wasn’t pushy which was the proper sales technique for me. He showed what the Toyota product could do and let you make up your mind without added pressure. Outstanding Service I had a problem with my trucks electrical wiring. ToyotaTown installed a wiring harness for my trailer that failed. I asked them to fix it and they did.

Satisfied with service. Service was done in a reasonable length of time and what needed to be done was explained in understandable terms. Not sure why it took 53 minutes to wash vehicle after service was completed especially when I was waiting for the vehicle.
