Wonderful Buying Experience My wife and I change our mind twice during buying our car. The first was about the trim and second about the colour. In both situations, Brian's reaction was excellent that showed his patience and professionalism. Hassle-free buying experience We purchased a 2019 Rav4. It is a nice car and the buying experience was awesome through prompt and transparent guidance by Shawn. The involvement of other staff along with Brian's in explaining the new safety features and options in the Rav4 was nice and friendly.

Another awesome purchasing experience. Went in to test drive a Tundra after setting it up with Shawn the previous day and walked out purchasing a new 2020 Tundra. My family’s previous Toyota purchase we dealt with Shawn as well and it was an easy to the point purchase. That is why when we decided to look at a new vehicle, I only wanted to deal with Shawn and ToyotaTown and once again it was a seemless purchase. Venza revitalized Our Venza sat idle for some time (due to husband's illness). Amanda put my vehicle though thorough diagnostics and restored Venza to optimum shape.
