Service For 32 ooo km Service is a blast every time i come in. Jason explained what had to be done for this service when i came in. He talked with me while the mechanics were still working on my car about the brakes and the filters and explained why it would be necessary to have everything done. All the people i dealt with were very friendly. Sitting and waiting for the car to be looked after in this nice show room is always a pleasure. And i always have a chat with Kevin Swan who sold me my third Toyota.

Fantastic Service We in on a Saturday to discuss the issues with my 2016 Corolla. Spoke with Jason and he booked me in for first thing Monday morning. We dropped the car off after hours Sunday and the following day. Monday morning I received a call and was told what was wrong and once I agreed to go forward they had it done the dame day. Also Jason went over and above and noticed we had a servicing that was due on our warranty and got that done for us. Helpful service Brought my vehicle in for service before we were planning to go on a road trip. Peter greeted us quickly when we arrived and thoroughly went over what our vehicle was due for at the current mileage. Very happy with our Toyota. Thank you!

Service Visit Service Consultant Helena provided us with knowledgable and helpful advice on what was needed to be done. She made me aware of the best options for our Rav 4 . I appreciated her explaining how my service appointments work, explaining what a 1,2,3 Service appointment entailed. Disappointed I was disappointed with this service experience... I did not expect to leave with a $300+ service charge on a vehicle that is just 18 months old with 33K km, especially after purchasing both "EXCLUSIVE ADVANTAGE CLUB PREFERRED BENEFITS" and the "PLATINUM EXTRA CARE PROTECTION" The focus appeared to be on performing billable/non-warranty services, stating that if I declined the service it would void future warranty claim. (i.e a cash-grab) This is something I would have expected from a lube shop, not TOYOTATOWN.
