Purchase of 2015 Toyota Yaris LE Hatchback We recently purchased a used 2015 Yoyota Yaris LE Hatchback from Gwen Jones. We chose to deal with Gwen again after she sold us a new 2017 Toyota Corolla. Firis I just want to say Firis (my Service Advisor) is wonderful. He took the time to explain, break down the various issues I was dealing with, into individual "notes". As a result, it was much easier for me to understand, and proceed with needed repairs. I look forward to seeing Firis when I bring my Toyota in for service (not that I need to come in that often!). He is friendly, respectful, has a great sense of humour, and has the customer foremost in his mind at all times. He's most definitely an asset to ToyotaTown.

Vehicle Service Helena was very helpful with the service on my 2013 Venza. Explained the alignment procedure well, cost associated and expected time to complete. She took the time to go through the service history on my vehicle there at ToyotaTown, to ensure I got the services I needed. Showed and explained my engine air and cabin air filter status, so I had them replaced during my service. Also she made suggestions for future services and recommended future services.
