Excellent Service Thanks again Helena for taking very, very ,very good care of us. Our visit to Toyota Town was just as pleasant this time, as it was the first time. Helena keeps right on top of things, always letting you know what's happening with your vehicle. All the staff and even the customers are happy. We've owned a lot of vehicles and we trade in and get a new one every 3 years. This is our first Toyota and it won't be our last. Above and beyond on his personal time I ran into Rob shopping at the Home Depot when he was on his well deserved holidays. He actually helped me with some questions I had about some warning indicator lights I was experiencing. Complete and full explanation. Very knowledgeable.
Recall and repair Helena was very helpful and ensured that the work on my van was completed much quicker than expected. She was responsive, helpful and good-humored - a nice experience!

Rav 4 purchase and first service with tow hitch Purchase was very efficient and smooth. Missed our invite session get to know your vehicle day because of birthday. No further invites. When ordered Rav hitch was a must but It took 6 months to arrive. Made numerous inquiries as to when (6). Was never updated on info or timing. Was never told the price ever until the day of install. Communication was lacking at parts and service as to time line. 6 months for a part?
