Excellent service I bring my Corolla in twice a year to get service and swap my summer / winter tires. On the last service Todd Servant was my Service advisor. He spotted worn windshield wipers and gave me great advice for prolonging their life in our Canadian winters. I also had a leaking water pump. He got the part in, provided for a courtesy shuttle and took care of the problem. I even got a free car wash! Friendly Staff Dealership was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was greeted each time we arrived. Staff was knowledgeable or found answers promptly. Provided a tour and explanation on service process.
Todd took care of my husband and I during our snow tire exchange. We were unable to book mu husband's next service with the new system and not lose our tire appointment and casually mentioned this to Todd when he told us we were due for the next car service. Todd fit us in and graciously took care of us. He has helped us on numerous occasions and is always helpful and professional. Thanks Todd for being someone who we are always glad to have help us with our vehicle when we come in!

friendly and caring always a good experience, wish service person would go over details of print out, did not have a good understanding of items services, however I just went with trusting the service. Service person should review print out with client when service is completed and explain which items where serviced.
Exceptional service, amazing staff! Recently, I noticed the low tire pressure monitor was on in my Venza. Without an appointment, I arrived at ToyotaTown Service. I spoke with Todd Servant who dealt with my problem very efficiently. I use ToyotaTown for all my service needs and have dealt with Todd on numerous occasions. I have always found him friendly, professional and the service provided exceptional.
Awesome service, booked me a week earlier than my original dealership for putting on my snow tires. They said it would take 45 minutes and were done even earlier. Timely, efficient, and very friendly staff. I would highly recommend!!!!
I always have an amazing experience when I come in to service my vehicle. Firis is the service advisor who helped me today and he was very personable and attentive. He listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to fix the issue I was having with my car.
