Pleasurable Experience Geordie Hock made our purchase of the 2020 Four Runner a very informative and pleasurable experience. He took the time to answer all of our questions and respected our need for my wife and I to have private conversations about our purchase while not in the presence of a high pressure sales person.
Absolute Pleasure Gwen Jones made the experience of picking up my new car smooth, easy and uncomplicated. She made sure not only to cross her “T’s” and dot her “i’s”, she made sure I did th same on my end. She took the time to explain to my daughter with a newly acquired licence how road side assistance works and provided a pamphlet on what to do in case of an accident. Brought my vehicle in a few weeks ago for a safety and snow tire changeover. I was greeted quickly by Peter. He went over what was to be done that day and explained what I needed to do once the work was done. The work itself was completed ahead of schedule. I appreciate the timely service.
This is our second RAV4 purchased at Toyotatown and we would recommend Geordie to anyone who asks. Communication was always prompt and questions were answered knowledgeably and quickly. Geordie was super friendly and I never felt any pressure to sign anything until I was absolutely certain that I had the perfect vehicle for my needs. Geordie at Toyotatown will be the first call I make when we need a new vehicle again.
Good Service Allen is a nice and friendly guy, he is pretty straitght forward about the price and package. Definitely can get a good price and service through him.
