Excellent Service I completely forgot about dropping off my CHR for her regular maintenance appt. the night I arrived back from vacation. As I didn't have work the following day, I figured it would be a great time to have her serviced. Of course, I lost my booking. That being said, not only were they understanding, but Amanda was able to squeeze me in later that day. Good to go!
A Great Experience! I was looking for a used Toyota and had a couple of options initially in mind. David High and Monica Frankovich were great with accommodating me so I could test drive the vehicle options to ensure it fit into our lifestyle. Great Service! Dropped my car off at the Toyota Dealership after hours with a dead battery. They walked me through the process the next day, explaining very clearly and concisely what they were proposing to do and getting my approval each step of the way. They followed through on what they promised and at the price they originally quoted. I am very happy with the high level of service I received.
Very positive. After my first recent positive service experience with my Rav4 at Toyota Town, I brought in my aging Highlander after years of needy catch-up maintenance with "tire stores" . I'm sold on the integrity of the service team at Toyota Town.
