This is my 3rd RAV 4 I have leased and have had exceptional service every time. Everything has gone smoothly with each vehicle. Sylvia Donovan did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable in many aspects of my recent vehicle.
The staff and service were excellent, but we were a little annoyed that we were first told we had booked drop off (we’ve never done that) but eventually Jason allowed us to wait. There were two extra problems, so it tooK 4 hours instead of 2 but that’s the way it goes.
Excellent service by Firis. He communicated clearly and dealt with all of my issues and requests in a timely and polite manner. I will definitely work with him again.
Todd Servant and his team completed the full service package on my Camry. Consistent with their high standards, this was completed in a timely and efficient fashion and I am good to go for what ever conditions a typical Canadian winter my have in store .

Todd is always great to deal with and explains what is needed to keep my 9 year old Prius in good shape. I am on my fourth car from Toyotatown and they have all been the most trouble free vehicles I have ever owned.
We recently completed a lease for a Toyota Corolla at Toyota-Town, London. Our experience was seamless. We dealt with Sylvia Donovan, who was extremely knowledgeable, professional and made us both feel fully engaged in the leasing process. This was our 7th vehicle through Toyota-town and Sylvia. We Intentionally come in from out of town, even though our city has its own Toyota dealership, solely because of the terrific service we are provided with by Sylvia and her colleagues.
Service was prompt as promised and reasonably priced. Felt that rob dako went the extra mile and much appreciated the excellent service I received at Toyotatown on my last visit.
