I am very pleased with the servicing of our vehicles at this location. A warm greeting, a thorough explanation of the proposed work to be done was discussed with me. Personnel listened to what I wanted looked at. It was noted for the technician to look at when they got the vehicle to work on. A great environment to come in to.
Suzanne Was Amazing @ Toyotatown. She helped me with my first new car purchase and made me feel super comfortable during the whole experience. Picking up the vehicle was seamless and the finance manager was also super accommodating. They were extremely kind, and after shopping around, their service stood out!
