ToyotaTown and and have had a relationship for the last 9 years and I am now driving my 3rd leased Toyota. The service has always been exemplary. All of the people I have deal with have been respectful and accommodating. In particular I thank the sales person Sylvia Donavan who has always been informative and honest about the cars and the dealership and has done her best to meet my needs.

I worked with Brian Williams on signing a new RAV4 XLE lease. Brian is the consummate professional, he contacted me minutes after my quote request and met with me shortly after. He was courteous and took his time to explain everything I asked on leasing technicalities.
