I had an emergency repair and Firis as usual understood my concern and told me not to worry ,just bring the vehicle and we will take care of the rest. I have explained to him that i don't have a car for the weekend but the Service manager and Firis were very nice to offer me a loner, which is very appreciated. I have been coming to Toyota Town for over 12 years not even a single time was let down. Firis always professional and knowledgeable. Thanks Firis you are doing an excellent Job.
Great experience as a new customer. John was excellent with us. My husband & I are Mask exempt. They walked us to a private room to wait for our vehicle to be serviced. We didn’t wait too long & car was done. I had explained to Service Dept when booking our appointment about our Mask exemption. They actually called back in 5 minutes to inform us about giving us a private room. We appreciated being treated nicely. Thanks again John for the great service.

I recently bought my new Corolla with the help of Brian Williams. He was very helpful and answered any questions I had. I had a good idea of what I wanted and he had a hybrid model waiting when I arrived. He took the time to go over all the new technology which was appreciated since my old Corolla was 17yrs old! Painless experience. Have recommended Brian to a friend who is starting to look for a car.
I have been dealing exclusively with Toyotatown for my Matrix since I purchased it in 2009. I have always been treated well by the service department. In particular, this time Mustafa made a point of getting my car finished and ready quickly so I could get to work. Nathalie, the service cashier who processed my payment, has always been sweet and treated me so kindly. She makes me feel important.
This is our second time purchasing a vehicle from Shawn and he continues to provide excellent costumer service while being knowledgeable about any and all of our questions.
