We just upgraded from our 2017 Rav4 to a 2021 Rav4 Hybrid. Brian helped us through the process even though we came in with our minds set. We found Brian to be honest, product aware and appreciative of our business. We also felt cared for by the service department in our dealings with the 2017 Rav4. This was our second Toyota from Gwen and we couldn't be anymore pleased. She worked with us on every detail of the sale, she got us the vehicle we wanted at a good price. Todd was pleasant and friendly when I met him. He didnt understand what appt was for until I handed him the part. Told me approximate price for work and was right on. Work done was awesome. I drive an hr to this dealership as ive had very bad experiences at our local dealer for Toyota!!
