Excellent customer experience. We were treated like important people from the minute we walked in and asked about a used vehicle we saw advertised, and every visit after including when we picked up our 2018 Rav4.
From the greeting to the service team, it was first class experience. It is too bad that the Technician that did our vehicle is leaving the service team and company. It will probably be our last visit to have our car serviced at the dealership. The company should show a bit more appreciation for the work that their technicians do day in and day out to meet the challenges they are faced with by customers and in keeping Toyota vehicles on the road and in quality working order.
Got my new Rav4 from Sylvia Donovan. Very happy with the car and the deal that we were able to make. Sylvia was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the car, its options, and warranties. Rita Dalal was also very helpful with all my financing questions. She had all the answers for me and was very friendly. Both Sylvia and Rita are true professionals. This is our 9th vehicle from ToyotaTown.

Simple and to the point. Brian was an absolute pleasure to do business with and made my wife much more comfortable with the whole buying experience.
