Shawn was great agent to buy my highlander 2021. Very happy with the vehicle. He is very helpful and supportive during this deal. Some stuff he didn't know so he did find it and get back to me. In my experience don't fully rely on him and confirm with other people in dealership. I was almost loosing my toyota advantage club but Rita helped me to add for my brand new vehicle. Overall though, he is great!!
