This was my second purchase from Shawn, the first being a 2102 Venza in 2015 and a 2021 Venza Hybrid. His excellent service in 2015 was what brought me back to the dealership and as well I wished to purchase a hybrid vehicle. Shawn is very knowledgeable and professional plus a pleasure to work with.
