I dropped off the vehicle in advance of my appointment. Amanda called me at my appointment time to review scope of work, disposal of old parts and pricing. There had been some confusion regarding the price estimate I had been previously provided by another employee. Amanda offered a discount on parts/labour to ensure I was satisfied (along with a car wash). Brian made my used car purchase seamless and hassle free from start to finish. He was very friendly and informative though not overbearing, which I really appreciated as it allowed me to make an informed decision without feeling pressured. Always excellent service. I forgot to ask to change my wiper blade rubbers and they checked and replaced them. Very worn.
