Service is very organized and efficient. I don't have any experience with service departments as my husband usually takes care of all that, but the atmosphere and organization and spacious waiting area took the stress away
She was knowledgeable. She was attentive. She took our car when our appointments didn’t quite lineup and it exceeded our expectations by delivering it early the document that we got back highlighted some items that we appreciate we will look into.
I have always been treated right, they go over everything with me and give me my total before I leave so when I come back I know how much it will be, if they find something they will call and let me know.
ToyotaTown and Dennis Dabous treat me like a valued customer. On the same day I called about oil dripping from my 2012 Corolla they got me in and showed me that I must have driven through some oil and had nothing to worry about. A quick complimentary car wash and a couple of laughs and I was back on the road. Thank you Dennis!. I gave one less star to ToyotaTown due to my poor experience with the computerized "Brooke" telephone service attendant that attempted to coordinate my previous oil change. Took my 4Runner in to have the fan and the back window replaced. Jason DeFelice was very professional and knowledgeable. He kept me informed on the progress and the cost of the required repairs. I trust Jason with my vehicle and highly recommend him and Toyota Town.
Had a frustrating problem with the heating system in my 2001 4Runner. Jason and his team were persistent in diagnosing the problem on two separate occasions to figure it out and fix the problem. At this point I won’t take my old 4Runner anyplace else for repairs as it still runs like a champ w 325,000 miles on it and counting. Thanks again Jason!

I know Jason DeFelice for a while and since the first time he coordinates the maintenance tasks on my car it became to me like a "peace of mind" when my car needs service. Always gives the good advice and let us feel comfortable knowing he makes sure the "service" is well done. Thank you, Jason, for being always there for us ! ! !
