James went above and beyond even came in on his day off answering my questions regarding my options for a trade in, responded to emails, etc, phone messages immediately, for which I felt "important". He also showed me something I had on our car that I didn't even know I had.. Quick response to service request. Very pleasant to deal with. She handled another customer, who was very difficult, in a very courteous manner.
Everyone was very helpful. Nezir sold us our Rav 4 Trail and kept in constant touch to let us know where we were at. Rita went through the paperwork and carefully explained everything I needed to know. We had some stuff to return from our trade in vehicle and William in parts was extremely helpful. Over the years buying new vehicles, we have never had to turn in our trade before we picked up our new vehicle. The manager that approved the trade in would only do the deal if our Tacoma was in before our new vehicle arrived.
