I was at Masonville mall hairdresser Saturday morning. After, I returned to my Toyota sienna van and found the rt rear tire totally flat! All my tires were new from Toyotatown within the year. CAA pumped up the tire so I could drive to ToyotaTown where Mr. Dennis Dabous immediately took my van, removed a nail from the tire, and fixed the tire at no charge!! He also threw in a free coffee for me and a car wash! He was awesome! My hero!!! Thank you Dennis!!😘

Todd and the other staff members I had the opportunity to work with were amazing. They explained the issues in depth answered questions and worked with me to solve the problems that arose.
Todd is my 'go to' person at Toyotatown. He is honest and straight forward and has no hidden agenda. I trust his advice implicitly and as an added bonus - he has a great sense of humour. This was a request for service that I made the day before and the service department was able to get me in the next morning. Greatly appreciated.

As always, MJ was thorough and professional in his explanation of the repair that needed to be done to my vehicle. Since the repair was going to take 3-4 hours, ToyotaTown was kind enough to give me a loaner vehicle, something that doesn’t happen frequently.
