The service is excellent. Latoya was very friendly. The car was fixed with minimal cost.
Efficient dealership, good service, clean space and helped me get a car fairly quickly given the wait times for a hybrid car these days. Wish the trade in was a bit more transparent and that they explained more about the process but I was glad to still trade in and save myself the trouble of having to sell. Happy with the car I got and hope it lasts as long as my last Toyota car (if not longer)!

The initial intro to a dealership is memorable. Sales consultant Hiacynta has a pleasant smile , is knowledgeable and very conscientious. Our 2024 Toyota Cross was on order for several months which is the current norm. Hiacynta was following up on the logistics and anticipated delivery date. and informing us regularly.

I purchased my 2023 Venza Limited from another dealership in town and went there once for servicing and won’t be back again ( except to get my extra key fob) Todd was so professional and went beyond to help me get the Toyota app to work … I had asked several times at the other dealership. Now it works ! Yayyyy! It was a perfect service including my wait time which I was able to do work in the lounge . Todd keep me up to date on what was happening while I was there too .
