Over all great experience. Had good customer service in helping me make a decision on the best vehicle for my needs. Mike had a excellent customer service experience, listened and then was able to answer most questions I could present him with and, if he didn't know the answer, was able to find out quickly. He was energetic and friendly.

Out of Town (6 HOURS), Great Timely Service Six & a half hour drive listening to noise. Called Toyota On The Park Service who open at 7:00am. Took us in right away. Service Consultant, Sham Rattanshi, was excellent. He had mechanic Xyrus work on finding problem which he did, undercover shield missing clips. Replaced clips & took for trial run, with another associate, as he said four ears better than two, then took me for trial run to ensure what we heard was gone and it was. Highly professional team, satisfaction guaranteed. On the Saturday 17th of February we went to test drive couple of considered vehicles as a replacement for our old one, without intention to purchase. Suberb experience buying a new Sienna AWD Ltd 2017 Just two weeks after we had purchased a Rav4 Hybrid Ltd at Toyota on the Park we decided to explore a trade-in of our old Sienna and buying a new Sienna.
