Friendly and professional service The service advisor Hanan was friendly and professional. The estimate and work were done honestly and professionally. My invoice even came under what was estimated. The new building is very comfortable for waiting customers.
Trust worthy and over exceeds expectations I'm giving Haneen Halabi 5 stars because that's all it allows me to. She is the best and most honest service provider, and as long as she's in the business I'll not only be going to her for all my car needs, but who ever asks about a person who they can trust in the service industry. Direct and nice I went in with my parents to possibly purchase a car. They treated us kindly and with respect, even though we weren't sure we were going to buy anything. We were greeted by Salim. He gave us a test drive and he seemed knowledgeable. When we were closer to making a decision to purchase, he introduced us to his manager. very good customer service Salim had very good customer service, drove the shuttle vehicle very safely, and I didnt have to wait very long for Salim to come pick me up after the dealership called to let me know my vehicle was done.
Service was excellent I appreciated with all the helps that they were advising and the shuttle service they provided. The advisor had called back at the set time to inform me about the progress of the service.
8000 km service for a 2016 Tundra I have a 2010 Toyota Tundra and a 2016 Toyota Tundra that I purchased at different dealers in the city. I contacted this dealer because it is really close to my home and I hoped to get my service work done here for both my trucks. For the very first service for my new 2016 Tundra at 8000 km I dropped it off at the dealer and when I first checked in they told me it would cost $110 I was shocked.
