Pleasant experience Very good experience compared to pressure put on you of the old way of selling cars. I was especially impressed by Hasan El Kurdi this young man went out of his way to make this a pleasant purchase. If I drank all the coffee he offered me I would be awake for a week. This is my fifth straight Toyota and God willing my sixth will be from Northwest and Hasan.
Amazing customer service and satisfaction Went in to look at options for buying a toyota base model at first, was pointed towards michael carlson sales representative, who did not pressure us i to buying anything more or extra. Was very helpful in the sense that he wanted us to make our own decision on what we wanted and liked and to make it work for the both of us. Excellent Service Given by Saleem Saleem was extremely courteous and professional during my use of the shuttle service to and from my home while my vehicle was being serviced. He was pleasant, drove in a safe manner, and went out of his way to provide excellent customer service. Saleem is an excellent "ambassador" for Toyota Northwest Edmonton.

Five stars I'm giving Salim 5 stars because he was very organized and told us what order we would be dropped off in. I also made it to work right on time and wasn't even late! When I needed to be picked up, I called to see if he was in the area and he said no problem I'll be right there! Great experience :)
