Pre owned sales Nothing short of a positive experience. I had been searching for months for a good pre owned truck. However living in a small town 4 hours out if the city made it hard to get out and find the right vehicle. I replied to a kijiji email and within five minutes Coreena gave me a call. Fast responsive service! Last weekend,my Camry engine sounded like its chattering. Sent an email to Marni Hartley,Senior Service Advisor about the engine problem on Sunday,I got a response the very next Monday morning from Marni.She was able to fit my Camry in for diagnosis on the same morning.Correct replacement parts were ordered,installed and problem solved. Best salesman ever! We purchase a Toyota 4 Runner in July 2017. Our Salesman Wayne was excellent! I commented to my husband that Ive never had such a great experience in purchasing a vehicle ever before. No pressure and lots of laughs! Window Shopping We went there to see if the Toyota Highlander would be a good fit for us. We were greeted by Lamar Williams. He was very pleasant and upbeat and was willing to show us all the features of the Highlander even though he knew we were not quite ready to purchase a new vehicle.
