Awesome experience! We had an awesome experience! Steffan was super accommodating and answered all questions quickly. He was very friendly and easy going! He also gave us a loaner until our vehicle was ready! We also dealt with Kris in financing, who not only got the job done but kept us laughing the whole time! Expedient Even though I was not on the daily shuttle schedule, Salim was able to pick me up and drop me off at the dealership within 45 minutes of my phone call! Marni ensured that only the most important repairs were made on both of our vehicles in order to keep costs reasonable. Hanan processed my invoice in a very courteous and professional manner. She is always a joy to talk to.
Great Experience Haneen was informative from the minute she met me when I arrived at the service centre. She informed me what I should expect and then answered any questions I had. Also, what I impressed me the most is she actually called me to clarify the diagnosis of my car and asked me if it was alright to go ahead with the repairs. Great salesmen and finance manager! I recently bought a new Tacoma. Binh was my salesman and he was very well informed about every option on the truck. Binh and Alan provided outstanding customer service and so did John the finance manager. All the staff, even the owner, were very down to earth friendly and accommodating people. Great experience! Almost excellent Overall experience was pretty good. Marni in services and Salim who drove the shuttle service was great. However, the lady at the front reception could smile some more and the lady I spoke with over the phone the last Saturday was a little snotty/snobby. It can be improved.
