Ez Pz Came into Toyota Northwest cause I was thinking of trading up for a new Tacoma for a while. I dealt with Rob Furlong in sales and Salim Mitha in finance. They were both unreal guys to work with and made everything super easy and stress free. I highly recommend these two.

No Pressure, Wasn't Sketchy Toyota Northwest is clearly centralized around customer service well before the sale or profit, and you can feel it immediately when you walk in the door. The stance seems to be developed around answering your questions, and providing you with information you request, rather than pushing you towards making a sale or upselling. Best part, the word "Pre-Approval" wasn't said once until I was absolutely ready for it. Unfortunately did not buy a vehicle due to my financing options, but I will be back.
Surprisingly good!!! I won't lie. My perception of dealerships is one of negativity. I've had bad experiences with others, especially with service departments. I expected no different with Toyota, but I was wrong. I felt pretty good with the experience I had at Toyota and with sales rep Binh. I felt he was quite genuine with good personality. Great people at Northwest Toyota! The team got me in and out with a new vehicle very quickly. Daniel and Ali went above and beyond to find the perfect vehicle for me and at a great deal that no other dealership could offer. Purchased a 2018 Tundra SR5 Very friendly staff and nicest dealership I have ever been at.My salesman Marty Dabrowski was very helpful in describing the vehicle and all assesories on it.I feel I got a fair price for my Tacoma and surprised at the difference in price from another dealership in Alberta.Maja Harding in finance was also very helpful in getting my purchase approved and explaining everything.I would highly recommend this dealership.
