World class service There is not one individual at northwest Toyota location that I observed in my 2 day adventure at the dealership that did not show the upmost respect , honesty and integrity to any costumer that walked in its doors from open to close. Great service, couldn't ask for better Came in for my first 8,000 km service this past weekend and had yet another amazing experience. Angela gave me a hand directly and when I inquired about the automatic starter that was owing from my purchase she jumped right to finding out if the parts were in and was so happy to get that done for me as well. She was also so helpful to answer the couple questions I had. Couldn't ask for better service and highly recommend Toyota North Edmonton!

5 Stars I recently bought a 2019 Toyota 4 Runner Nightshade. Ali was always there to answer my questions even on his days off. I ended up getting exactly what I wanted and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Buying a new car is a big decision and not once did I feel rushed or pressured to buy. Even after Ali took the time to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone !
Customer Service #1 Huge shout out to Jordana in service and to Luke as GM of sales. Had a bit of a hiccup with my 2014 Tundra purchased from there but they did everything the right way! Jordana is amazing! This girl even called me twice on her days off to let me know what was going on! That is above and beyond!

Best Service Department Went in because I needed my car looked at due to issues with refueling. Right from the get go, everyone I met was extremely professional and kind. They were very quick to take me in, for me to talk with the service advisor, and for the car to get checked out. Fast, effecient, and extremely courteous, that was my experience! Would definitely recommend for service, and I know if I need service on my car, I'm coming here (even though it's on the other side of the city for me, it's worth the drive!)
Stress Free Experience Paul was helpful and informative. I walked in, and 5 hours later I had my new vehicle at home with all the paperwork, insurance, plates, and registration completed. The vehicle was delivered clean and full of gas. I am confident to recommend Paul and this beautiful new Toyota dealership to anyone!
AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Even though I didn’t buy a car (yet), I was very impressed by the way I was treated by Ken and his managers.
