Awesome parts department Feb.28 went to parts department to pick up 2010 Rav4 wiper refills. I brought along the front two wiper arms. Brandon promptly helped me to replace the refills.
Transaction at Toyota Northwest Edmonton I recently traded in my car on a used truck at Toyota Northwest Edmonton. This was my first time dealing with this dealership. I found the truck on their website and was assisted by whoever monitors that sight. They made me an acceptable offer on my trade in. Salim Dossa Knows Customer Service! It was a pleasure dealing with Salim Dossa today. Every single time I have needed a lift somewhere and he's been the shuttle driver things have gone smoothly. Salim is extremely courteous (a rarity in today's me me me society) and makes a customer feel like the M.V.P. of a sports team. This is how customer service used to be every single day. It's wonderful to see that somebody in the customer service field knows what customer service SHOULD be, especially in 2018!
Fantastic Customer Service!! I recently came to your dealership for my first visit. I had to have a recall done. While I was waiting Ian tried to help me with my wifi issues and he also went to go check on my car while it was being serviced. He went above and beyond. Follow Up This is a follow up to a previous review. My Toyota RAV 4 was giving me some problems shortly after I purchased it. It is an older model, 2010. Kenton was very adamant in making things right and did just that. My vehicle is good as new! They were extremely helpful and kind through out it all. So, thank you! I had also made a note a few spots were missed in the clean of it prior to purchase (not a big deal, there was a rush put on it.) When it was brought in to get serviced it got a full detail again.
