So very well organized and a pleasurable experience It is rare indeed to experience the high level of customer service that everyone at Toyota Northwest in Edmonton Alberta provides to their customers. From the bright, clean reception areas, to the comfy couches to the shuttle services, it was all a great experience.
Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff without the pressure. We have been looking for a new vehicle for a long time at dealerships around Edmonton. We ended up buying from Kenton because he had a very thorough knowledge of the products and never put any pressure on us. Even after the sale, he spent more than an hour showing us all the features in our new ride. Kenton has a folksy manner and a strong sense of right and wrong. He's the Columbo of car salesmen.

Very professional dealership As soon as I pulled into the parking lot I was treated extremely well as any customer should be. In my own experience Kenton Rustulka definitely went above and beyond the regular car salesman by making you feel comfortable and not pressured into anything you may not want to do. Sincere and proffessional service I brought my car in to have its engine checked because I heard strange rattling sounds. It seems that the noise was something on a tire cover and after arriving the Toyota Northwest Edmonton service centre the sound disappeared. Nonetheless the service staff checked engine thoroughly to make there would be no problem.
