Tried to push us to buy a used vehicle same day, lied so many times in obvious ways, seemed like all of the used vehicles had prior accidents or were from rental agencies. Tried to push a vehicle with horrible rust issues. Would never go back here again.
Mechanic forgot to put back an insulator between distributer and the coil. They still have not given any money back for there mistake they've made.
Unreliable service department. I brought my car for a no spark issue. They found a large crack in coil. They changed the coil but FORGOT to install back the insulator between the new coil and the distributer. They couldn't figure out why it wouldn't run. I got it towed to Leroy's Auto & they found out they forgot to put back that insulator from coil to distributor. Another bill $1800 above $750 from Strickland's. Terrible General Manager Lon Eeley. Was asked to drive my truck 1.5hrs for an appraisal knowing I was working 7 days a week . So they made an appointment for my wife to drive there on her day off to get my truck appraised and a $75 oil change and cleaning, only to get turned away after a $125 oil change and left with a dirty truck and no appraisal because I wasn't present.
