Great buying experience I wanted a car with excellent gas mileage and the Prius has always been at the top of the list but I felt I couldn't afford one. Purchase of RAV4 & service In February, I purchased a 2010 RAV4 from Strickland's in Stratford. The vehicle had low mileage and is in excellent condition and the price was right. The sales, finance and service staff were all very professional and made the purchase transaction very smooth. Above and Beyond Awesome customer service. They even notified us during the safety that the air conditioning wasn't working and they would look into what was wrong . Finding a good honest company is hard these days but Stricklands is honest fair and a great place to purchase vechiles from.

Friendly We purchased a 2015 Tundra and wanted a bug deflector so the service manager ordered us one and called to tell us it was in. He made an appointment for it to be installed on Friday at noon. I arrived at the dealership 15 mins before my appointment. I went to the service desk and spoke to Peter who couldn't find an appointment or the deflector. Excellent customer service I must admit it is a cumbersome task to get me on board to close a beal of any sort! Julie Burtch's professionalism humor and persistence made it look very easy. Her superb customer service came out shining through, making us feel welcome at this dealership. We would not hesitate coming back or recommend this dealership to family and friends.
