Bought a new Rav4 XLE We never felt pressured through the whole experience. When the model we wanted wasn't available an upgrade was offered at an amazing deal. Damion Riley walked us through everything we needed to know and answered all of our questions. We were introduced to most of the staff at the dealership. This is the first time purchasing a new vehicle that we never felt that the staff were being honest and genuine.

Amazing service!!! I was on my way to check out what Stricklands had for used cars when my car died. I called the lot and Julie Burtch answered. She was a true sweetheart. She came and picked myself and my daughter up at my dead car in Stratford, and over the following 4 hours, jumped through hoops looking for and showing me cars that best suited my budget and lifestyle. Great service by people who genuinely care Great service by a dealership who gives the impression they care about not only selling a vehicle but care about your situation and putting you in the best position.
